Tabular Graphics for Notes Navigators

Where can I find Graphic files I can use in Notes Navigators, particularly one that has "Tabs", that look like
"index tabs", or any other Graphics library or website?

Firstly, you can copy and paste graphics into Notes DB's. I find that editing ones I want to use in a graphics app and then saving the copied selection / pasting into DB is quite useful.

Alternatively you can use the following :-

http://www.four11.com/g/graphicsindex.html (mostly web graphics, but useful)
http://www.architechs.com/images/ (under construction but likely to be very useful)
http://www.spring-board.com/123easy/library.html
http://abtn.com/glibrary.htm
You could try http://www.notesdesign.com/ (This is specifically for Notes)
