Rundll.32 error?

I recently installed a new video driver for an Accelstar II and it works fine until I restart my computer.  When Win 95 boots up, my display settings reset to a very low resolution and when I change them back and am prompted to restart the computer I get a Rundll.32 error.  Any help?

It seems like the computer is booting up in VGA mode.  Right click My Computer, select Properties, go to Device Manager.  Are there any conflicts?  You might want to remove all the video drivers listed there and then replace them off of your video card manufacturer's CD.

Also, give us some more info on your system, particularly make and model of your video card.

Jeremy
Jcarlo is correct in reinstalling but it is not because of conflicts.

Rundll32 error is a conflict in the version of DLLs on your computer. It can also mean that a DLL is corrupt. I would re-install the driver and if it asks you to "keep an existing file" when copying, click "no".

This might not fix the problem because there could be a corrupt DLL causing this problem.
