Can anybody tell me how exactly to make a menu(or tool bar)
like the one in borland/turbo c/c++

In dos for make such Menu/Toolbar you can use Turbo Vision.
But i wrote some functions, that makes same things.
If you want, i can prepare project for you, but:
1. You must  add pts(400 i thing).
2. Grade A.
3. Write you EMail.
