How Can I do to create a new window in Netscape for my Web, without Navigation Toolbar, location Toolbar and personal Toolbar.

Hello Magic.
Thank you for your answer, but itsn´t my problem. My problem is that I want to write my direction in the browser and then open a new window only with then title bar for this web.
Can you help me please?
