I am looking to buy a video capture card which will allow me to convert video recorded on a PAL camcorder to AVI for MPEG files of full motion video which can be stored on a CD-ROM as part of a multimedia presentation. Can anyone point me to some URLs of reviews of these cards.

Thanks in advance,

Hello,
Thank you for your message. However, its not quite what I am looking for. These are more pages designed by the vendors of the cards. What I would realy like to see a comparitive review, and maybe an editors choice. The kind of thing that CNET sometimes do.

Thanks again
