lotus 123 error - MAIN123W caused a general protection fault

There is a pc in our network that crashes lotus 123 every time it tries to open a specific file. I can open the file on every computer except that one. when i re-installed lotus it opened the file so i closed my call but only one day later the same problem occured. i removed lotus 123 from the system and cleaned up the registry removing everything that had to do with lotus. then i reinstaled lotus and again it opened the file. But the verry same day the same problem occured. This is the fault that lotus gives me

I would suggest two things:

A. You may need more RAM.  If this is a big file it may be overloading the computer.  Unlike MS software, Lotus applications suck at managing memory (among other things)...

B. You may have bad RAM.  

And my last suggestion is to convert to MS Office :)

That will definately solve your problems.

Tried new Ram (from 32 to 64 MB)
Same problem.
Tried ram on other banks
Same problem
Optimized memory settings now 624 free
Same problem
manually set virtual memory to 128 mb
Same problem
Removed everything that had to do with lotus from the registry cause i wasn't sure which key it was
Now i don't know what to do nomore
