setting  timer advise needed

hello there
i need a event(simple screen capture) to trigger every 15-20 minutes .The question is what is the best way to do it.The timer that is(not the capture).
i would prefer to be as near to 20 minutes as possible
Any Assistance appreciated

Use a TTimer. Set the enabled property to true, and the interval property to 20*60*1000 milliseconds. Your OnTimer event will be fired every 20 minutes.

For small numbers of timers they are OK, for larger numbers they are resource hogs and can be managed in better ways.

now i feel silly
i thought timer had a limitation and i could'nt set it that long
oh well nevermind,live and learn
