You need the number from the Opti chipset on the soundcard.
Then, download what you need from here:

http://www.opti.com/html/drivers.html

Let me know if you have trouble with it or need more help.

Regards,
Ralph

What is your operating system?
Which driver did you use?
What problems are you having?

I use win95.

The driver was something like 925 (I looked the chip and downloaded it)

The problems is, No sound.

My system does not recognize the card, at least Win95 do the hardware search, it did not find it.

I am lost.

Okay, download this file:

ftp://ftp.opti.com/pub/chipsets/sound/82c925/925w95c.zip

Expand the zipfile to a temporary folder on the hard drive.

Go to Control Panel-> Add New Hardware-> select "Do not let windows search..."->  and click the "Have Disk" button.

Next, navigate to the folder where your downloaded driver files are and let Windows install it.

Let me know if you have trouble with it.
