I have a VB3 ap that I want to convert to 32 bit. I would like to use VB5 to take advantage of the native code compiler. Can I use VB5 to convert code from VB3? Are there any problems with doing this?

You can convert your VB3 to VB5. Take care to following :
- Change the declaration of all APIs
- Change all your VBX to OCX. Attention to 3rd VBX...

Once this is done, you could change your code to take advantage of the new possibilities of DB....
