heard something about Diamond's Rio MP3 player, what kind of media it use to store music file? and is it possible to hook it to large speaker instead of headphone because the louder the volume the better the effect i can get in real.(but it only use 1 AA battery so is there a power adpter?)

The Rio uses flash memory to store mp3 files, another word ram.  It has build in 32Mb and expanable with flash memory card.  It's possible to hook it up to large speaker but you would need a amp to provide good quality playback.  There no power adapter but Diamond claims it plays up to 12 hours with a single AA battery...  Here's a review.
