I'm looking for a tool that can display the call graph of a program.
The tool must be able to work over different source files.

Preferable the tools must run on Sun Solaris (or Win '95)

Check these first:
    http://codevizor.iftech.com/
    http://www.vectaport.com/ivtools
    http://www.obsoft.com/

Also look in:
    http://www.emsps.com/lists/cutilv.htm
    http://burks.bton.ac.uk/burks/software/devtools/index.htm

Another option is a CASE tool:

    http://www.stingsoft.com/vcase/default.asp (Stingray)
    Together/C++
