I need WindowsExplorer-like VCL for browsing databases. One Windows can show content of more than one DB. I know that VCL exists, I even saw it once long ago, but at the moment I cannot find it.
Could someone give me url or source please?

Try the dbexplorer that comes as demo with rxlib 2.5.Rxlib2.5 is available in delphi super page or RX lib homepage (www.rx.demo.ru)

The VCL you are looking for was made by RSD-software. This company has been taken over by DevExpress. The DBExplorer VCL has not been released yet by them. It's expected in feb. 1999, you will find them at www.devexpress.com They have some nice VCL's.

I visited Devexpress' site, but I was unable to find RXLib. Until february, does anyone have any proposals? Any demo applications with source, or anything similar?
This is becoming more and more urgent for me, so I would be very, very gracefull to anyone who could help me!

OK, I have found ExpressTreeKList demo at www.devexpress.com, and that seems exactly what I need. Unfortunately, they offer only demos of their commercial products, and I need something for free!

vandermeer: I have found RXlib homepage on rx.demo.ru, NOT www.rx.demo.ru, and I downloaded it a few minutes ago. There are two demo applications, dbexplorer and dbexplorer32. They have identical outlook, but neither is what I've been looking for.
I need component that is able of showing tables in TTreeListView manner. It should be also able to provide means of making folders and keeping track of them (i.e. parent relationship). I found example application on Torry site, under Examples page, but i wonder if anyone could point me to component that does the same.
Thanx all in advance,
Dejan

You can take a look at the Delphi Yellow Pages (www.delphi3.com),
they have some links to data aware TTreeView components.
