CGI and kornshell, is there a parselibary

Hi
I was wondering if there is some kind of parse lib or some utility for CGI programming with kornshell (or any other shell)

Generally using shell scripts is very unwise as none of the standard shells eg Korn, C, Bourne contain sufficient facilities to make them secure enough for anything other than very very simple scripts.

It is for this reason why Perl became popular as a CGI scripting language as UNIX administrators who where amongst the first webmasters were familier and comfortable with it and it does provide the facilities really needed.

You may be able to find such a library but I wouldn't waste you time or your system :)

Allright. I thought I could solve a problem by using shellscript instead of perlscript.
Using perlscript gets me another problem. I post a new message with that problem instead.
