Minimising at startup??????

I have added outlook 97 to my startup group, but would like when it starts it starts in minimised state, is that possible and if so how????????

From Windows Explorer, go to your startup folder.  Right click on the shortcut to OL97 and select properties.  In the "run" box, select "minimized."  It's probably set to "normal window," which is why it opens to a full screen.
