moving tables

please take a look at www.fabricloft.com/hintsnew.html to determine why the table on the left(table with links) is moving down as the one to the right gets longer.  we would like the table to the left to stay in the same (top) location even as the table to the right increases in length.  You can view the desired position of the left table at www.fabricloft.com (homepage)

YOu need to have the links table before the other table in the HTML page.  In addition, I would wrap both table in another table and use the <TD VALIGN="TOP"> attributes in the TD cells... If you like, I will send you the corrected Source.
