is there a way to define a passward to a certain document that is located in the inbox or out box for example. i mean a diffrent passward , not the global one you need to enter in order to get mail. for example if i want to see some address in the address book only with my specific passward and the other address will be public to every one even with no passward. can i give a certain document that was maild to me a passward so someone else will be able to see all the other mailed objects beside this one. the same thing goes for an organizer with windows ce where the outlook is the backup software. if i want to keep a certain record like my visa number in it and i want to attach a specific passward to it beside the one on the main entrance.
is there a way to do it?
