hi,

i don't know what you mean exactly by 'evaluate', but if you want to
decode the metafile to see what's in it, there is a program available
with source code at ms-support, which does exactly that.

go to

and search for 'enmeta.exe'

they also had a program called 'emfdcode', but i could not find it. maybe
you are luckier. it comes with full source, too.
