Well nitwit, then you did it wrong! Didn't your momma teach you any manners, or did she just throw your butt it a closet and feed you through a slit in the door. BTW: I've asked E&E to return your points and delete the question. If you're so damned smart, you'd also know that winsck.ocx is the wrong file anyway!
I can only imagine why you would want to register this file, but that is no one's business but your own.  You can download Ax702.zip, which is Microsoft's Internet Control Pack and it will register it for you. The file is approx. 2,114KB. Here is the address, please let me know if this helps.

What exactly does this file do Freeny?
I'm not exacly sure but I think it has something to do with finding IP's and Ports for malicious (my opinion) reasons.
Because anytime you see the word winsck.ocx it seems as though it is associated with a hacker page of some kind.
