How do I add a horizontal Scroll bar to a listbox on a Dialog Box.

Are you doing this with the resource editor ??  If so just right
click inside your listbox and select properties.  Then click on
the styles tab and select "horizontal scroll" and if you want it
visible even when not needed select "disable noscroll"...

If you're doing this by hand with window styles make sure your
window has the WS_HSCROLL style and possibly LBS_DISABLENOSCROLL
if you want that scroll bar visible at all times.
