Return address problem w/ MS word

When I attempt to print an envelope using Word 6.0.1 on a 7200 Pmac,  the return address does not print on the envelope.  The print head of my HP660c seems to be printing on the left side of the carriage while the envelope is feeding through the right side.

Make sure your selection inn your printer is an envelope and indicate where the envelope is located. The other option is to create your own custom envelope layout using a regular page and create large margins.

Have tried every possible combination of settings in the envelopes and labels section and none work.  I don't think making larger margins as a very good solution- I'd like determine how to make the software to work properly.

By the way, I use word on my pc at work and haven't had this problem.
