Tool for Spidering Site to Create E-Mail List

I'm trying to find a tool to spider my site to create an E-Mail list for legitimate purposes.

I operate a site where visitors submit information via forms and I keep a contact list of submitters. Unfortunately, I have lost that list, and need a way to quickly spider my site to create an E-Mail list.

I've only been able to find these two files:

Web Spider 1.01
http://www.download.com/PC/Result/TitleDetail/0,4,0-59066,1000.html?st.dl.results.list.tdtl

List Maker 3.0
http://search.shareware.com/code/engine/File?archive=sim-win95&file=email%2flistmakr%2ezip&size=35855

The first is a control file for ActiveX, the second a program with a control file.

I don't know how to use control files.

Could you suggest a simpler way to do this? I think it must be possible, because I've heard of people spidering sites for spam lists.

Thanks.
