Fullscreen with Javascript

I have no Problem to open a Browser-Window at a fixed size.
How can I open a fullscreen-window with java script.
Should work for IE4 and Netscape 4.
Thanks

In IE4+ you can use the parameter "fullscreen=1" to open a window taht will full screen to cover the entire screen (like hitting f11) with no window borders.

To full screen a regular window in IE4 do:

moveTo(0,0);
resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeight);

or set in the open() command:

open("","","...top=0,left=0,width="+screen.availWidth+",height="+screen.availHeight);

In NS4 you cannot get the screen dimensions.
