MS IIS/NT and enable update of html-pages

I'm thinking about using MS IIS to ship my web-application
to the world. I'm also thinking about creating a "web-hotel"
to offer other people homepages.
1. Can these people update
their own homepages from the internet if I use IIS?
2. If possible ..... where can I find info about how to
deal with this...on internet? Not easy to find info on
   Microsofts sites about this issue.

1. Yes, it can be a big task tho.

You will probably need a lot of third party ASP components, perhaps one to filter user account and password, one to do directory creation and what not, a SMTP emailer.

2. I dunno if there is any ready product that you can just install on your web server and let it do whatever it need to do.  YYour best info will probably just to understand how these kind of sites work and read a lot of books on ASP, ask questions, and blah blah blah/

MS IIS ships with a FTP-server made for the same purpose, then you can simply use the NT userauthentication, no big deal if you want to keep it simple.

Best place to get info is from the MS IIS help, got some examples too.
