For images, there is an <image src='' alt=''>, is there a siliar way to make the "text box popup" for an <a href>?

work like a charm on IE4.
this will work with any tags including image if you want to display tooltip.

look also: http://www.insidedhtml.com/

they have a javascript routine to simulate tooltip in 4.0 browsers.
