You need to use the GetSystemMetrics, SystemParametersInfo API to handle all of these...

to retrieve all the info, use

GetSystemMetrics(CM_CXFULLSCREEN or CM_CYFULLSCREEN);

or

SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETWORKAREA, 0, YourRect, SPIF_UPDATEINIFILE);

to set the work area etc...

SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETWORKAREA, 0, YourRect, SPIF_UPDATEINIFILE or SPIF_SENDCHANGE);

Check the win32.hlp file for more info on this

Perhaps you should look at winAPI EnumDisplaySettings and ChangeDisplaySettings, too.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
