I'm about to offer webhotel from my server with IIS/NT.
Well might buy IIS/NT...
I will have My own homepage there as well....
If I do use IIS/NT ..will it be possible for my clients to have their own domain names?
If possible...How is this managed in general and is there
any problems that may occur...that I should be aware of?
How do I best manage a situation like this...?

I went through this very same thing.  Yes, You can do it very easily if you know how to.  it took us a long time to figure it out.  Every domain name can be pointed to the same ip address. We have 4 domain pointed to the same right now.  IIS has the ability to filter the incoming web requests by the header (blahblah.com). Then you just create a site for each web site inside IIS and declare each by their header and home directory.
Would I recommend it. Sure. It is pretty easy to manage once figured out.  feel free to contact me directly for more detailed info.  You will need it. mmessagie@creabustech.com
