Send only one copy to the printer

When I choose MORE than one copy in any application ( Quaker for example)it prints only ONE copy. I have Mac OS 7.X and my printer is an EPSON Stylus Color 3000 that is shared with an Windows NT Server. I have already allocated more memory to the application, but it didn´t work out.
P.S. I´m totally new to Macs.

Is the Windows NT the spooler for the Epson printer? If so check if the correct driver is installed on NT. Which driver do you use on MAC. Which PPD file to you use?

I think the NT is not the spooler. It is there only for the PC network  to use the printer. My Mac driver is 3.1A. There is no PPD file. My Mac OS is 7.5.5, Quark 4.0, FreeHand 7, PhotoShop 4.0. The problem also happen with these last two applications.
Sounds like the WinNT Server could be administering the Epson as a print server/spooler. Check with your NT adminstrator and see if the server is configured to allow one page at a time. Not sure what "driver" would be 3.1A. Laserwriter and PSPrinter are at 8.1 or later in OS 7.5.5. There should be an Epson Color Stylus 3000 PPD in System Folder>Extentions>Printer Descriptions. If it is missing then chances are something has gone wrong with the Epson install. Are you using the Stylus RIP? or the Epson AT Chooser Extension?
