Hi experts
I'm using VC++5.0 on WindowsNT4.0 SP3.
I'd like to make vertical and horizontal ScrollBar of ListBox control displayed always, even when the items of ListBox are insufficient to automatically display ScrollBar
by its own mechanism.
Of course, when the items of ListBox are insufficient to display ScrollBar, I'd like to make it disabled even being displayed.
Can it be possible ?
