Hi experts <br />
I'm using VC++5.0 on WindowsNT4.0 SP3. <br />
I'd like to make vertical and horizontal ScrollBar of ListBox control displayed always, even when the items of ListBox are insufficient to automatically display ScrollBar <br />
by its own mechanism. <br />
Of course, when the items of ListBox are insufficient to display ScrollBar, I'd like to make it disabled even being displayed. <br />
Can it be possible ? <br />
Any comment will be appreciated
