Please give me a detail answer how to open a URL by the default browser

Mail to:

Can you provide some more help ? I still need to know if the operation is success or not ! Like if the computer doesnt have a web brower ! Is there any feed back with ShellExecute or have to use CreateProcess ?

You can use ShellExecuteEx.

MSDN:
"...To obtain information about the application that is launched as a result of calling ShellExecute, use ShellExecuteEx."

You will need to fill a SHELLEXECUTEINFO structure.

The documantation is very complete, it explains both functions in detail. focus on the return values.
