Problem with Toolbar

I've Tool bar in my main form, some times when I move the mouse in the tool bar an exception occured ( access violation ). It happens rarely, but it bother me very mush.

I use windwos 98. Is this problem related to windows 98 ?

I also use Delphi 3, client/server

do you have the updates for d3 c/s installed ?
it is always better to install them as it's suprising how many bugs go away after installing the updates.

i would suggest getting the updates.
if the toolbar uses images try lowereing your hardware accelleration level in the control panel

control panel
display
settings
advanced
performance
and lower the slider a notch or 2.
this can help a great deal
