thanks for the answer. i tried it and it worked perfectly. i could open all the pictures in a new screen now and also in the left and right frames respectively. thanks <br />

i created a web page with frames in it. i divided the screen <br />
into 20% and 80% column-wise. when i gave a hyperlink in that 20% area it opened in the same 20% area instead of the new window. please tell me the possible cause ?
