The answer, of course, is no.

The reason is due to the RFC implementation of SMTP. Per the RFC, all BCC recipients are stripped out of the header when the server takes receipt of the message.

I don't have 97 installed right now, but it shouldn't matter.

You need to set up Journaling to record email messages. You must indicate which recipients to watch for, so you can't just tell it to watch for *all* outbound BCCs. In fact, you can't tell it to watch for BCCs at all - just outbound email in general.

You can also keep track of who you've sent messages to by reviewing your Sent Items folder.

You can also create inbox rules to copy sent messages with BCCs to a particular folder.

Nothing ever in the clear!

This technical paper will help you implement VMware’s VM encryption as well as implement Veeam encryption which together will achieve the nothing ever in the clear goal. If a bad guy steals VMs, backups or traffic they get nothing.

arabman: I see from your user page you are new around here. It isn't nice to take my answer posted as a comment and repost it as an answer. Please refrain from doing that in the future.
