For workstations u can handle it in also another way, go to 'File-Tools-User Preferences' then click on mail, and in the field 'local address books' u can specify the filenames seperated with commas or just browse for them. Remember in any case u will have to restart for changes to take effect!<br />

We have two domains here in our office and the previous SA of the other domain set up our PNAB as their secondary address book with replica on their servers. &nbsp;How can I set their address book as our secondary address book? &nbsp;I already have replica on my server, I have the replica on my workspace but the addressbook do not appear when I create a new memo.<br />

Dual Public Name and Address Book

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system.
