We have two domains here in our office and the previous SA of the other domain set up our PNAB as their secondary address book with replica on their servers.  How can I set their address book as our secondary address book?  I already have replica on my server, I have the replica on my workspace but the addressbook do not appear when I create a new memo.

go into the notes.ini (which is located in the windows directory) and look for the parameter 'NAMES='...in here u specify all the address books u want to use, u write filesnames delimited or seperated by a comma.
eg: NAMES=names.nsf,users.nsf
In your case u add the filenames of the replica copies, and the same goes for their new SA! By the way, this is called cascading address books.

For workstations u can handle it in also another way, go to 'File-Tools-User Preferences' then click on mail, and in the field 'local address books' u can specify the filenames seperated with commas or just browse for them. Remember in any case u will have to restart for changes to take effect!
