NetBSD and Voodoo Banshe

Hi, how would netbsd run on a computer with a  voodoo banshee card, ie would it be able to get to any good res?

Hi Jesse,

the Voodoo Banshee will, as far as I know, at least support SVGA under NetBSD. I don't know however how this card is supported under X. It might be that ye need to select the appropriate chipset from the config and then just use the SVGA server with it.

But consoles shouldn't be a problem AFAIK (this means 1.3.3 and 1.4).
