Cannot run "Out of Office"

When I enable "out of office", I got an error
" access previliage....".
How can I solve it ? Thanks
( I had checked the agent manager in address book, and the ACL of the database is Manager )

You must have access to run agents on the server that contains your mail database. If you dont know if you have that access, check with your administrator.

How can I know the access rights, since I am the administrator
In the agent manager section of the server document, u have a field called 'Run Personal Agents', if its empty then everyone is allowed to create personal agents on db's the belong to them on the server.  If there are names then only those individuals are allowed to do that.
