for seron :

So I need 4 computers, right ?  - for pop3, smtp, hosting, backup.
What kind of computer ? IBM, AS-400, Dell or ......
Do I have to talk to the phone company for hooking up 24 hrs a day ?
what is bandwidth ?
How large(gigabytes)  should one cumputer have ? let say 500 users for hosting                                                                           and 2000 users for e-mail.
How much do I have to cover all the thing ?

I am learning networking right now, and I know CGI, setup a web-server, so
I will be working alone.
Bandwith is the amount of traffic you can handle simultaneously.
Yes you would need a 24 hour hookup and the phone company is one place you can look.
You can use normal Intel based servers to run the systems and the four computers would be DNS, POP3/SMTP, hosting, and backup.
The larger the better when it goes to space.

can you give me the computer's web-site for server, so I can take a
look.
How much will that be, everything ?
I don't understand what you are asking about the web site?  You can check out www.redhat.com for a Linux Operating system you can use.  But for a specific computer I would go with what ever brand you are happy with.  Price would really depend on your area.  I would be more than happy to draw up some type of proposal for you.
