Hi,

 I would like to export the contest of invoice form in Lotus
Client R5 to Microsoft Office and Smartsuite . I am quite new about this features, so I would thank if anyone could tell me where I may find a good place to guide me step by step on exporting.

Thanks a lot.

The menu command File/Export will allow you to save a document in RTF format which can then be opened up in MS Word.
To add the funcionality to an action button, use the following:

@Command( [FileExport] ; fileType ; fileName )

where fileType = "MicrosoftWord RTF" and fileName = the fully qualified name of the file you wish to create.

To export to Smartsuite, use "Ami Pro" as the fileType parameter.
