How do I install RAS

I have NT 4.0 and would like to install RAS.  After trying to add the service, I'm asked for the location of the setup disk. I point to the cdrom where my setup disk for NT lives and I get the following message, "unable to locate rascfg.dll". The setup disk only has compressed a compressed file "rascfg.dl_" on it.  What is going on?

When you were asked to type the location, did you enter:
d:\ or d:\i386 ?  (d:= driveletter for cdrom)

Copy the i386 dir from your CDRom to your HD and try again with this new i386 path. Check that your cd is clean.

I'm confused.  This seems more like a comment than an answer, and it is not the solution I used but since I'm not sure yet how this system works, here are the points.  :O)
