I am looking for information about ways to add a button to internet explorer.
Can this be done by using one of its COM interfaces. If yes, how do I access those interfaces and where are they documented.
How can my code be notified about events in the Internet Explorer (Like addresses of pages requested etc.)
Does anybody know how to do all this in Netscape?

Here are three questions. According to Experts Exchange, only one question is allowed per question. Never mind.

1. Go to the following Microsoft Web site and take a look at Browser Extensions section.

2. FILE: IEHelper-Attaching to Internet Explorer 4.0 using a Browser Helper Object

HOWTO: Connecting to a Running Instance of Internet Explorer

3. I don't know. Netscape might not allow you to do it.
