IIS is microsoft's Web server software.
I have done the MS course (but never implemented it) and it is straight forward.  I used the MS MSCE course book "Microsoft Internet Information Server Training" $41.04 from www.bookpool.com.  It includes all the software as well as step-by-step instructions.
