renaming to logo.sys

I'm trying to rename my .bmp image to 'logo.sys'. How do I get rid of the .bmp ending so it doesn't just turn into 'logo.sys.bmp'?
1 Solution
The best thing to do is to copy your .bmp file to the logo.sys fiel and overwrite it. In this way the content of the logo.sys file is replaced by .bmp file

Or what you also can do is do the renaming under th DOS-prompt

Good luck
