1 .das riched20.dll (rich edit 2 dll) support transparent background of text (i need to see picture which is placed under rich text control)
2. how to include richedit2 in my project and where can i found some documentation about rich edit

No, rich edit 2 (or for that matter version 3.0) does not support transparent background generally. You can, though, use TOM (Text Object Model) with newer versions of Richedit (I think version 2 is required). This allows essentially to use any of your own window (or even only a part of it) to be used as canvas for your rich edit output.

I recommend looking at RichEdit98 (download it from the usual Dlephi site), which is freeware and provides most of the newer features of rich edit.
