Simple File Transfer

I am looking for an efficient way of sending one or multiple files at a time to a remote IP using the "MS Winsock Control 5.0"
I also need to be able to find out the status of each transfer (%completed, etc.)

There is an API function for that thing.
Take a look at Win32API.Txt
