Windows on a Mac

I want to run the PC version of Microsoft Word on my Apple Mac (Computer Warehouse ‘New York’ clone, PPC 604e, 64mb RAM, 2Gb, 200mhz).
I think I’ll need to purchase MacWindows or SoftPC. But which? Is one markedly better than the other? And will I need to buy a copy of Windows as well? Will it matter whether I get Windows NT or Windows 98?
I’d like to make the purchase online. Can anyone recommend a good place to buy, with low prices and secure credit transactions?
Thanks to anyone who has taken the time to read this litany of questions, never mind answer them!

I vbought Virtual PC by Connetix Corp from Macwarehouse.com for about $160 but it also came with a $40 rebate.  I like VPC because you can make more than one "PC Hard drive image" and you can run multiple operating systems.  You don't have to buy Windows 98 or 95 because it comes with a licensed copy (which is actually what makes the product so expensive) but it works great and we use it at my college.

One caution:  If you have a USB printer, you won't be able to print becasue VPC passes the serial and scsi ports of the older macs to the Virtual PC, but it doesn't pass the USB ports through.  They are working on a fix for this.

Hope that helps

chris: I am planning a purchase of VirtualPC soon because it seems to have better reviews over time from versions 1 to the current versions. Running multiple copies of various windows OS's is also a valid issue. if you have access to a copy of windows, you can buy just the DOS version for $65 from the connectix web site.
