NT workstation Blue Screen of Death

When I start my Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP4, after it starts to load the NT OS, I get the Blue screen of Death and the error message is as follows :

STOP:c0000135 (unable to locate Dll)
The dynamic link library winsrv could not be found in the specified path Default load Path
Beginning dump of physical memory

Any suggestions ???

rough guess-

boot to dos using a boot disk and try replacing
winsrv.dll in \winnt\system32 directory

you can get this from the i386 directory
If your NT is installed over NTFS you won't be able
to repair it from dos. here is what you do:

1. create 3 NT boot disks
2. start your workstation with the NT boot disk
3. choose: repair damaged installation
4. choose: repair system files

and then install your service pack again.
