Copying files using VB

Hello,
   I have a problem.Using Visual Basic5.0 i would like to copy a file from one directory to another windows directory.
Is it possible.Using commondialog its possible i don't want to show the save as dialog box and ask user to copy manually .I want dynamically the file to be copied from one directory to another directory while form load.Is it possible.if it is possible please help me with the code.
