Internet Use Timer

Is there a program that keep track of my "on-line" time?
I have tried a few freeware ones, but they all talk about cost per second or block time and are confusing for what I need.
My ISP contract is for 100 hours a month and the ISP doesn't  provide the time, but will invoice me if I go over the 100 hours.

Fits my two requirements; 1. Freeware and 2. Simple and not confusing with all the extras.
