Hi !
I am developing a voice chat application. I want to link it with ICQ. Things i want to do are:
1. A listbox containing all the online users from user's ICQ
I had seen applications with this features but i don't know how they implemented that.
2. When the user selects a user name from the list. The IP address of that user should be stored in a variable.

Go to: http://www.mirabilis.com/products/app-develop.html. They have the ICQ API (used to have your program interact with ICQ) and some documents regarding what you are trying to do. It is fairly comprehensive if you look into it.

Sorry hitai !
I don't know about any such source code.
Atleast what you can do is write a small program using icq api and sees how it parses their db to get the ip addresses. you can use VC++ debugger for that to see the info in memory itself and then try to interpret it's db and write your own functions for that.
