Point Radiometers

I know this doesn't fit under HARDWARE and it's probably a
long shot, but.....
I am trying to find out the names if the industrial designers who actually design point radiometers.

That's a very good question. A bit of digging in IEEE found that Purcell and Dicke's group was credited as the inventors of the radiometer, but there's no mention of who "invented" the "spot radiometer" (also known as point radiometer). Also in the group was Vollum, who later founded Tektronics.

You still alive there?

Yep, still alive and kicking. I was waiting to see if I
was going to get any more responses to my question, but
it doesn't look like it, sooooo I guess it can be closed
out.

Thanks! :)
