Rebulid Table

I have done a small database project .I face some problem.some when system is crashed or do power off with out  closing my application . it will damage its index file and show the message that index/header are corrupted. I want to the utility in my application that when ever my application will started it will rebuild all the table and indexes .Have u know about such a component on internet or what is right way to solve this problem

          I visit this website but couldn't find what I want.I want to make a utility From which I rebuild a database by alias or from directory IT same work as Inprise utility to rebuild the database
